Vintage Anson double Twin-lock ID bracelet, sterling plaque, stainless chain

Includes original box. Front is engraved 'Van Price', no engraving on the back. Plaque is marked sterling on the back. There are surface scratches consistent with aqge & wear. Locking mechanism is stamped Anson patent twin-lock.
