Logo on blade but unknown manufacturer. Research indicates they were made in Sheffield, England. Bands around top of handle are marked Sterling. Likely date to 1880-1930 era. Blades are probably stainless and handles celluloid. Great set with ornate bands. There are some scratches and minor knicks around blades, see pics.
